Qualifications

• 5+ years' project or service delivery management of multi-project programs
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and meet KPIs
• Experience leading delivery teams and client-facing initiatives
• Familiarity with IT operations and service management processes
• Experience operating in Microsoft ecosystem and Azure platform

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Managed Services operations
• Lead and mentor a high-performing delivery leadership team
• Drive alignment of services with client outcomes and SLAs
• Scale delivery operations and improve efficiency through process improvements
