Qualifications

• 5+ years project or service delivery management for multi-project programs.
• 8+ years project or program management experience.
• 8+ years relationship and team management experience.
• 6+ years IT experience with 4+ years overseeing IT operations delivery.
• Experience in IT strategy or advisory (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for Managed Services operations and align with business goals.
• Lead and grow a high-performing delivery team across multiple service lines.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and continuous service improvement plans are met.
• Collaborate with sales and architecture to shape service offerings.
• Represent managed services in client meetings, RFPs, and renewals.
• Track operational health metrics and executive dashboards.
