Job summary

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) seeks a development professional to support and grow the annual and major gifts program benefiting the Center for Healthy Minds (CHM). The Director of Development will partner with CHM leadership and WFAA colleagues to secure support and foster donor-centered engagement across organizations.

Qualifications

• Proven success securing major gifts and managing donor portfolios.
• Experience planning and directing fundraising campaigns and events.
• Ability to build strong relationships with volunteers, donors and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives and strategies for major gift programs and campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and donors through the development cycle.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and partners to align fundraising goals.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, updates and stewardship communications.
