Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Ten or more years in development with at least five in major gifts.
Experience in higher education or complex organization preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a growing team of major gift officers.
Develop, recommend, and implement fundraising strategies aligning with institutional priorities.
Set goals for fundraising and donor activities and monitor progress against targets.
Collaborate with hospital leaders, chairs, and program directors to integrate gift strategies with advancement initiatives.
Design and lead faculty and program leader training to enhance fundraising effectiveness.
