You will lead the Maintenance Department, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets and resources, and mentor a team of maintenance professionals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or senior care.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and preventative maintenance excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department – Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Preventative Maintenance – Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Budget & Resource Management – Balance cost control with quality results.
• Team Leadership – Train, mentor, and guide maintenance staff toward success.
• Safety & Compliance – Maintain compliance with all safety codes and healthcare regulations.
• Vendor Relations – Coordinate with HVAC contractors and other vendors for specialized projects and repairs.
