Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead maintenance, grounds and vehicle operations. You will ensure high quality work, oversee budgets, and manage safety programs across our living environments.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License; chemical application license preferred.
• Experience in building construction, plumbing, electrical, vehicle and equipment repair, painting and grounds keeping.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance work orders and assign priority.
• Complete work orders promptly and maintain quality.
• Procure supplies and small equipment as needed.
• Maintain the budget and oversee grounds upkeep.
• Lead safety committee and ensure infection control policies.
