This full-time role focuses on driving reliability, safety, and efficiency across plant operations while managing multi-million-dollar capital projects. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 10 years of leadership experience in Maintenance and Manufacturing environments, along with proficiency in CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Maintenance and Manufacturing environments.
• Proven success managing large-scale capital projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance team.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar CapEx projects including facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
