Qualifications as Director of Maintenance:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in a maintenance position with at least One (1) year of supervisory maintenance experience
• Nursing home experience required
• HVAC certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities for Director of Maintenance:

• Managing schedule of maintenance assistant
• On-site for state surveys
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Licensed in accordance with current standards, codes, and labor laws
