The City of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for the Seasonal Maintenance Director for the Parks Division within the Department of Public Works and Parks. Under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Coordinator, the position will work for the Parks Steward Program and is responsible for supervising, planning, and implementing comprehensive Park maintenance for the community. This individual will have leadership responsibility of the seasonal park maintenance staff, including organizing, staffing, training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance. Work is performed in accordance with standard park maintenance practices and procedures. The position will supervise all part-time, and seasonal park maintenance staff.
