Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates in Napa, CA is seeking a Packaging Design Director to lead end-to-end on-brief packaging concepts across luxury Wine and Spirits brands. You will drive craft, storytelling, and presentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 6+ years in package design, strong Adobe CS, branding mastery, and ability to mentor teams. On-site in Napa with some remote Fridays; salary in range $145k-$160k with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in package design with agency and CPG experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design execution and strategic thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Responsibilities

• Review project briefs and align on design direction with Creative Director.
• Ideate, design, and produce agency-caliber packaging artwork.
• Curate and retouch imagery to meet brand aesthetics.
• Attend press checks to ensure output meets standards.
• Partner with production to oversee packaging mechanics and sign-off.
