Romac Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Specialist to shape and strengthen our worldwide supply network. You will identify strategic suppliers, negotiate value-driven opportunities, and ensure quality, capacity, and supply continuity across our manufacturing footprint.
This hands-on role involves cross-cultural collaboration, supplier audits, and international travel to assess capabilities and build lasting partnerships that support Romac's long‑term success.
As a Senior Global Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global supply network. You’ll identify and develop strategic suppliers, negotiate opportunities that deliver value, and help ensure we have the quality, capacity, and supply continuity needed to support our business. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across cultures and functions, build strong supplier partnerships, navigate global market challenges, and turn sourcing opportunities into results. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel internationally to visit suppliers, assess capabilities, and build relationships that support our long‑term success.
$105,700 – $158,700 per year. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
