Job summary

BNY Mellon Houston seeks a Director, Operations Group Manager for Loans Enablement. You will lead day‑to‑day operations across PODs/SGDs, drive strategic execution, and implement metrics for client deliverables, costs, efficiency, and risk.

Role focuses on process improvements, change initiatives, and stakeholder alignment. Requires 10–12 years of experience, Bachelor's degree, and hands-on syndicated loan knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive leadership experience in operations.
• Syndicated loan operations knowledge is a plus.
• Strong data literacy and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Platform teams within PODs and SGDs.
• Execute the Operations strategy for Loans Enablement.Plan and manage resources across SDGs.
• Develop and monitor metrics covering deliverables, costs, efficiency, and risk.
