Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director, Legal Operations to lead the legal department’s operations, data, and technology, including M&A due diligence, CLM implementation, and KPI reporting.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will build playbooks, run cross-functional teams, and align processes with strategic objectives. This role requires 12+ years in program management or legal operations, strong analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, and hands-on leadership of technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD a plus.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt strongly preferred; legal ops credential (CLOC CLOP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&A due diligence and integration from due diligence through closing and integration.
• Run diligence lists, trackers, and status reporting; coordinate across Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR, IT and Compliance.
• Manage post-closing integration; entity integration, contract assignment, data transfer, and compliance onboarding.
• Build and maintain reusable M&A playbooks, checklists, templates, and a diligence knowledge base.
• Lead replacement of legacy CLM; manage data cleanup, system design, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries with AI-assisted review.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management.
• Negotiate annual flat-fee agreements for contract reviews.
