• Experience with private equity, M&A, real estate, funds, financing, or other complex transactional matters preferred.
• Strong judgment and ability to interpret and apply policies to complex or novel circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across geographies, functions, and seniority.
• Strong interest in legal operations, data governance, and AI/automation to business processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Investment Committee process from submission through classification, routing, review, and follow-up.
• Review transactions and advise on governance requirements and data policies.
• Oversee initial transaction reviews for accuracy and completeness before committee.
• Drive committee cycles with agenda development, issue resolution, and coordination.
• Translate committee decisions into practical guidance, precedents, and training across teams.
