You are responsible for effectively leasing vacant space and lease renewals in assigned properties. You will be assigned higher value leases, larger square footage suites, and core properties lease transactions. You may assist the SVP of Leasing in the training/development of a Leasing Manager / Admin / Financial Analyst. You are responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the daily work and day-to-day workings of particular projects. You will monitor market leasing activity and negotiate leases on an assigned property. You will work directly with brokers and tenants to establish relationships and build a broker/tenant database.
