Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business.
• Eight+ years in Learning & Development with leadership experience.
• Three+ years in commercial underwriting experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable learning solutions.
• Experience designing experiential learning and simulations.
• Experience using learning technologies and data to support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute an L&D strategy aligned to business priorities and future talent needs.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify gaps and craft a skills-based plan.
• Lead blended learning programs that build practical capability.
• Advance learning tech and AI-enabled tools to improve impact.
• Oversee learning programs including onboarding, leadership and compliance.
• Lead the L&D team and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate outcomes and demonstrate value.
• Manage resources, budgets, vendors, timelines and priorities.
