FCCI Insurance Group is looking for a Director of Learning & Development to lead the organization’s learning strategy. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to identify needs, develop training content, and implement learning solutions that enhance skills and capabilities.
The director will leverage AI and evolving technologies, oversee learning programs, and lead the L&D team to foster innovation.

The Director of Learning & Development develops and executes the organization’s learning strategy to build the skills and capabilities needed for future success. This role works closely with business leaders to identify needs, develop training content, and create practical learning solutions for employees and leaders. The director brings strong technical learning expertise and insurance industry knowledge, leverages evolving learning technologies, including AI, and uses data to improve learning effectiveness and business performance.
This role balances strategic vision, business acumen, and active leadership to develop measurable learning experiences that support organizational success and continuous improvement.
The director reports to Human Resources and works from our corporate office in Sarasota, FL.

The salary range for this position is $114,640-$176,546 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
