Responsibilities

Directs a team of process improvement professionals, including coaching and delegation.
Leads development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Manages all project activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancements.
Directs project selection, tracking, and management reporting for all CI projects.
Stays current on process improvement benchmarking and market activity.
Develops and maintains CI success scorecards and metrics.
