Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive management experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Hands-on operator with full lifecycle process improvement experience.
• Advanced expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of process improvement professionals (Lean Six Sigma).
• Lead development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage all project activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancements.
• Direct project selection, tracking, and reporting for CI projects.
• Develop CI programs and translate results into actionable improvements.
