Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean construction methodologies and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project delivery processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing change.
• LCI-CPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide Lean construction strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
• Facilitate Lean programs, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, pull planning, and problem-solving workshops.
• Partner with project teams to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and improve workflow.
• Support project planning and execution to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to project teams and future Lean champions.
• Conduct project site visits to guide implementation and assess opportunities.
