Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, business, education, or related field.
• Experience designing and scaling leadership programs and capability frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, change leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise priorities from strategy through implementation and measurement.
• English speaking/writing proficiency; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise leadership development strategy aligned with PSA’s priorities and culture.
• Define leadership capabilities and development pathways for frontline leaders, managers, directors, and high-potential talent.
• Connect identified succession talent to focused development experiences.
• Conduct structured intake with leaders to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Partner with People Business Partners to strengthen manager effectiveness and performance leadership.
• Build solutions from business needs rather than generic programs.
• Assess and redesign existing programs for relevance and impact.
• Create role-based, blended, and on-demand development experiences with LMS support.
• Translate capability needs into scalable, technology-enabled learning resources.
• Equip hiring managers with practical tools for onboarding and readiness checks.
• Establish clear accountability for onboarding and training milestones.
• Extend onboarding beyond initial orientation and support during transitions.
• Identify AI-enabled use cases to improve learning access and personalization.
• Promote responsible adoption of modern learning tools.
• Build digital capability to navigate business transformation.
• Define success measures for readiness and impact.
• Use feedback and data to continuously improve the portfolio.
• Provide concise updates to senior leaders on priorities and risks.
• Responsible for Security and Safety Management System outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
