Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a senior Engineering leader to provide strategic direction for all engineering functions supporting the PSA fleet. The role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability through robust reliability programs and documentation management.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, and regulators to drive improvements in fleet performance and cost efficiency while maintaining FAA standards and engineering governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in Part 121 Technical Operations or Engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 21, 25, 43, 91, 121) and airline maintenance/engineering programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for engineering functions supporting PSA Airlines' fleet.
• Lead reliability programs, engineering standards, and airworthiness processes to ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee classification, documentation, and regulatory compliance of engineering data and changes.
• Drive continuous improvement with OEMs and regulators to enhance fleet performance and cost efficiency.
