Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive strategies for individual giving and donor engagement.
• Develop and execute Annual Fund strategy focusing on donor acquisition, retention and upgrading.
• Manage a portfolio of 500+ Annual Fund donors and 125–150 mid-level/major gift prospects.
• Apply moves management to advance donors through giving levels and improve conversion.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (face-to-face, online giving, direct mail, proposals).
• Oversee Signature Circle stewardship and align with campaign priorities.
