Thomas Young Group in Jacksonville is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead the landscape architecture team, directing design across a range of public and private projects and shaping the growth of the practice.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive business development while collaborating with planning and engineering teams to deliver coordinated, site-wide solutions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in landscape architecture.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Strong design and technical skills across all phases of a project.
• Experience on public and private sector projects including parks, civic spaces, mixed-use sites, streetscapes, and site planning.
• Strong communicator and leader who can manage client relationships.

This multidisciplinary firm is well set up in the Southeast and is growing its landscape architecture team in Jacksonville. With a steady flow of public and private projects and close in house collaboration across planning and engineering, it’s a great platform for someone ready to lead, grow a team, and make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the landscape architecture team and setting the direction for future growth
• Overseeing design and technical delivery across a range of project types
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Taking an active role in business development and project pursuits
• Supporting and mentoring junior and mid level staff
• Managing scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Working with in house teams across engineering, planning, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated designs

What we're looking for:

• At least 10 years of experience in landscape architecture
• Strong design and technical skills across all phases of a project
• Experience working on both public and private sector projects, including parks, civic spaces, mixed use sites, streetscapes, and site planning
• Proven ability to win work and manage client relationships
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA)
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with and leading a team
