Thomas Young Group in Miami is growing its Southeast presence and seeks a leader to guide landscape design projects from concept through construction, while coordinating with clients and consultants.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and help shape studio culture and business development, delivering place-based designs responsive to South Florida's environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design vision and execution.
• Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident communicator with solid presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of landscape projects from concept through construction.
• Manage client relationships as main point of contact.
• Mentor and support team members at all levels.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and consultants on integrated projects.
• Navigate zoning, permitting, and agency requirements.

This design studio is growing its presence in the Southeast and building its Miami team. The focus is on thoughtful, place based design that responds to South Florida’s unique culture and environment. They are looking for someone who can lead projects and teams as the studio continues to grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading design and delivery of landscape projects from concept through construction
• Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
• Mentoring and supporting team members at all levels
• Collaborating with architects, planners, and other consultants on integrated projects
• Navigating zoning, permitting, and agency requirements
• Contributing to business development and studio planning
• Supporting studio culture and design leadership

What we're looking for:

• Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design vision, technical skill, and completed projects
• Experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams
