You will mentor staff, manage complex projects, develop key client relationships, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Licensure as a Landscape Architect, or the ability to obtain it.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including leadership and project management.
• Strong design sense and technical skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities.
