Job summary

Meds Talent LLC in Grand Junction, CO seeks a seasoned nurse leader to oversee Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) services. This permanent, full-time role requires extensive L&D clinical background and progressive healthcare leadership experience.

You will guide obstetric teams, ensure high‑quality patient care, and collaborate with physicians, nurse-midwives, and support staff at The Birth Place, a unit with private LDRP rooms and 24-hour anesthesia.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership or management experience required.
• Current Colorado RN license (or ability to obtain).
• BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
• Maternal/neonatal certifications preferred.

Salary: $126,880 – $145,912 per year, depending on education and experience

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field – Required

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience – Required
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership or management experience – Required

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, or ability to obtain Colorado licensure.
• BLS – Required
• ACLs – Required
• NRP – Required
• Additional maternal/neonatal certifications are preferred.
