Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Director of Labor & Delivery in Grand Junction, CO. This onsite, full-time role leads clinical and operational services within the Labor & Delivery department.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in Labor & Delivery, 5+ years of healthcare leadership, a BSN, and a Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration. Colorado RN license or ability to obtain, plus BLS, ACLS and NRP.

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership/management experience.
• BSN required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Active Colorado RN license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor & Delivery clinical and operational services.
• Oversee nursing staff, staffing, recruitment, and professional development.
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership.
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, and budget.

Job description

Pay Range: $126,880 - $145,912/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
