Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Director of Knowledge Management to lead a team of KM attorneys and advance a firmwide strategy that turns legal expertise and practice insights into practical, reusable assets.

The role partners with practice heads, innovation, IT, and operations to improve productivity and client value. The position reports to the Chief Legal Operations and Practice Innovation Officer and emphasizes standards, quality control, and collaboration across departments to enable

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and admitted to practice.
• Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as an employment litigator and/or knowledge management attorney.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience leading a team of attorneys or managing large cross-department projects.
• Familiarity with legal technology, enterprise search, document automation, or generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Knowledge Management Team and execute firmwide knowledge strategy.
• Develop and maintain knowledge assets, precedents, and practice resources.
• Collaborate with practice and industry leaders to standardize work products and improve matter execution.
• Provide governance for knowledge content and ensure high quality, current resources.
