Job summary

Chick-fil-A I Cienega Triangle in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Kitchen Director to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring crave-able, timely food that meets Chick-fil-A quality standards. You will coach kitchen team members, enforce food safety and Lean production practices, manage inventory and labor costs, and collaborate with fellow Directors to drive a unified operation.

Responsibilities

• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements.
• Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members who work in the Kitchen.
• Monitoring behaviors in BOH that impact Food Cost.
• Inventory management: Complete Weekly Truck Orders, End-of-Month Counts and input, Maintaining accurate transfer logs, Effective & efficient ordering.
• Maintaining a LEAN production environment (Kitchen I pads, Lean kitchen thawing).
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all kitchen Team Members.
• Collaborate with other Directors to ensure unity and clarity.
• Holding each other (Directors) accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
• Assign kitchen team members cleaning responsibilities.
