Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Director of Marketing for IV Solutions to drive strategic direction, portfolio lifecycle, and revenue growth. You will lead Marketing and Product teams, shape pricing and market access, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maximize profitability and market position.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires deep healthcare marketing experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering robust business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in healthcare.
• At least 5 years of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience in IV therapies, IV solutions or hospital-based products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and P&L of assigned product portfolios.
• Lead, coach, and develop Marketing and Product Managers.
• Develop market intelligence and competitiveness.
• Lead product lifecycle management and commercialization.
• Evaluate pipeline products; determine opportunities and risks.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches and extensions.
• Define market research priorities and collaborate with Market Research leadership.
• Align demand forecasts with commercial objectives and operations.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Develop pricing and market access strategies across channels.
• Collaborate on portfolio expansion and strategic investments.
• Lead portfolio-level strategic planning and risk management.
