Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Director of Marketing (IV Solutions) to lead strategic direction, commercial performance, and lifecycle management for IV Solutions portfolios. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive revenue growth and profitability.

The role oversees marketing and product teams, develops pricing and market access strategies, and guides new product commercialization. A strong track record in healthcare marketing and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Master's degree or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio strategy, P&L management, pricing, and market access for IV Solutions products.
• Lead, coach, and develop Marketing and Product Managers; drive accountability and results.
• Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership across the product lifecycle from feasibility to post-launch.
• Lead go-to-market planning for launches and line extensions, including market positioning and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with BU/Portfolio Teams on new opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Lead portfolio-level strategic planning and risk management with cross-functional teams.
