Gartner invites experienced IT strategy consultants to join our Associate Director team serving Package Goods and Retail clients. You’ll lead high-stakes engagements, shape strategic technology roadmaps, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consultancy.

In this hybrid role, you will drive transformative initiatives with CIOs, leveraging Gartner’s insights to deliver measurable business outcomes. The base salary range is 138,000–163,000 USD, plus bonus and stock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a top management consultancy delivering projects and sales.
• Experience as a solution architect or analyst preferred.
• Experience with multiple IT solutions.
• Experience with Consumer Package Goods and/or Retail clients.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams leveraging technology to drive priorities.
• Ability to inspire professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• High-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management.
• Manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables business outcomes.
