Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Director, Information Technology Solutions to support the Hill Advisory group within the United States. The role focuses on technology strategy, due diligence, and shaping technology investments for capital programs across multiple sectors.

You will lead engagements from pre-positioning through execution, defining standards, pricing strategies, and delivery approaches. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in advisory, project controls, and client-facing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology delivery and capital programs experience.
• 5+ years in client-facing consulting or owner's representative roles.
• Strong knowledge of PMIS platforms and project controls.
• Experience with data governance and capital program tech ecosystems.
• Ability to translate tech decisions into business impact.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as independent advisor on build, buy, and partner decisions.
• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions and risks.
• Define ownership of scope, budget and change control.
• Shape opportunities before RFP and pre-positioned pursuits.
• Develop prototypes and solution strategies to generate demand.
• Lead, develop, and retain delivery teams and professionals.
• Structure commercial models including pricing and contracts.
• Build relationships across Hill's regional and sector leaders.
