Job summary

InstantServe LLC in Jackson, MS is seeking a seasoned IT Operations leader to drive enterprise IT infrastructure and services. You will lead a cross‑functional team across network, cloud, service desk, security, and vendor management, while establishing SOPs, dashboards, and governance to meet HIPAA, CMS and state requirements.

The role requires strategic oversight, risk management, and a proven record of delivering compliant IT programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing enterprise IT ops/infrastructure.
• 8+ years leadership of technical teams.
• 2+ years AWS cloud management (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• 2+ years enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing, wireless).
• 2+ years IT service desk operations.
• 2+ years vendor management & procurement oversight.
• 2+ years cybersecurity & compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/MIS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and modernization of network infrastructure.
• Manage service desk KPIs, incident escalation, self-service tools, and automation.
• Oversee compute, storage, virtualization, backups, lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS, and state security compliance; support audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, procurement, and performance monitoring.
• Establish SOPs, service catalogs, dashboards, and reporting for IT service management.
