Sygaldry Technologies is recruiting a hands-on security leader to own IT and security across identity, endpoints, network, and cloud. You will build and execute the security roadmap, drive zero-trust initiatives, and manage a growing team that includes senior contractors and future full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Hands-on across identity, endpoint, and security operations in a growing org.
• Grow into director-level leadership of IT and security as we scale.
• Own the security roadmap including zero trust, endpoint protection, and compliance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own Corporate IT & Endpoint Management across MFA, IdP, MDM, and BDR.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding policy and access control management.
• Lead laptop/workstation procurement and lifecycle management; inventory control.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for IT/security.
• Implement SSO, MFA, SIEM, EDR, and Zero Trust across infrastructure.
• Oversee physical security systems and SOC 2 readiness; incident response.
