Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Zero Trust Lead/ Information Engineer to support the Development Finance Corporation team. This fully remote role focuses on managing Zero Trust posture, segmentation strategy, and CA policy lifecycle in a U.S. context.

The ideal candidate will lead architecture with Palo Alto, Zscaler, Aruba ClearPass and coordinate ITIL processes using ServiceNow, GRC, eMASS, ACAS, Tenable, and Splunk. A Public Trust clearance is required and salary is posted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of information engineering experience (or commensurate experience).
• Must operate ServiceNow GRC, eMASS, ACAS, Tenable, and Splunk; lead Zero Trust architecture per NIST guidance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP or GIAC are desirable; clearance required: Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Owns Zero Trust posture across Palo Alto, Zscaler and Aruba ClearPass; manages segmentation roadmap and CA policy lifecycle.
• Coordinates ServiceNow-driven Incident, Change, and CMDB integration.
