Job summary

You will lead security reviews, ensure regulatory alignment (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and mentor security professionals. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years IT/cybersecurity with 5+ years in security architecture/design roles.
• Experience designing/reviewing security controls for large enterprises.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, etc.
• Hands-on IAM/SOC/Cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Gentherm's security architecture across cloud, on-prem, and OT/IoT environments.
• Lead security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
• Align architecture with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and analysts; communicate risk to leadership.
