Job summary

The University seeks a Director of IT Project Management to provide executive leadership for enterprise information technology projects and strategic technology initiatives. Reporting to the CIO, this position is a member of ITS Senior Leadership and leads cross‑functional technology programs that advance the University's priorities.

The role oversees planning, governance, and delivery across ERP initiatives (Banner) and campus infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology programs and governance.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise technology projects from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee the ITS project portfolio and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Provide leadership for ERP and campus infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment with goals.
