Riverside Recruiting is seeking a Director of IT Field Support to lead multiple dispersed IT teams across locations, ensuring top-tier field IT support and strategic service delivery in Independence, Ohio. Travel required to meet with managers and clients.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in vendor management, a director or higher title, and a track record of mentoring managers, developing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement while meeting strict SLAs.

$125,000 to $155,000 + up to 10% bonus
20% overnight travel for first 6 months
10% overnight travel afterward
