Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in the United States is seeking a Director of IT Engineering to lead through managers and build a strong bench of engineering leaders delivering reliable solutions. You will own delivery across Boomi, API gateway, Azure integration, ETL/data pipelines, and CRM, govern enterprise standards, and drive AI-assisted development while managing outsourced partnerships and risk.

This role partners across IT and business units to advance the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application and/or integration engineering.
• 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering leaders across the function.
• Own delivery across Boomi, API gateway, Azure, ETL, and CRM.
• Define standards for integration architecture and data governance.
• Drive AI-assisted development standards and guardrails.
• Oversee outsourced development and manage vendor partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated platforms.
