Job summary

The role owns CMMC certification, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS obligations, ITAR/EAR export controls, and IT general controls across engineering labs, production, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a CMMC and/or NIST SP 800-171 compliance program in a defense-contracting environment.
• Experience directing governance, risk, and compliance teams and coordinating outside assessors.
• Hands-on familiarity with System Security Plans, POA&M, SPRS scoring, and control implementation.
• Knowledge of DFARS and export-control clauses applicable to IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Own the compliance operating rhythm, including ownership of controls and evidence collection.
• Report compliance posture and residual risk directly to CFO and leadership.
• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, security, and business systems.
