Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Cybersecurity & Compliance Lead responsible for CMMC management and security infrastructure operations. The role requires guiding readiness for CMMC Level 2 and ensuring compliance with NIST SP 800-171/800-53 and DFARS to protect CUI.

You will design and implement a supply chain cybersecurity risk framework, deploy enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, EDR), and manage security policies, vulnerabilities, and real-time log monitoring.

Qualifications

• Requires US security clearance (Secret or above) per contract obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related IT field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMMC Level 2 readiness and operations per NIST SP 800-171/800-53 and DFARS.
• Develop supply chain cybersecurity risk assessment framework and mitigate third-party risks.
• Deploy and operate enterprise security solutions; manage policies; monitor vulnerabilities and logs.
