Removery, the global leader in laser tattoo removal, seeks a Director of IT, Infrastructure & Security to own cloud infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery end-to-end. This hands-on director role includes managing an IT/Help Desk team and coordinating across US, Canada, and Australia to ensure fast, available, and defensible tech services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, cloud, and/or security engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with security program ownership and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience across multi-site environments and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, cost, performance, and reliability of our cloud estate (Azure focus).
• Drive infrastructure-as-code and repeatable deployments.
• Own the security program across identity, endpoint, network, and data.
• Lead IT/Help Desk for the company across US, Canada, and Australia.
• Own disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response.
• Partner with Engineering and Product on secure delivery and production readiness.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and budgets with data-driven governance.
