Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Director of IT and Analytics for our client, specialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine & High-Risk Pregnancy Care. This is a full-time, onsite position based in the Phoenix metro area.
The Director of IT and Analytics is responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and management of the organization’s technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and data analytics capabilities in a rapidly growing healthcare organization. This role will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, EHR optimization, data warehousing, reporting, and advanced analytics.
Own the IT strategy and help shape the technology roadmap for a rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization.
Join during an exciting period of expansion, with 5 clinics opened this year, additional locations being integrated through a merger, and more new sites planned. A true player-coach opportunity where you’ll lead the IT function while staying connected to the technology and day-to-day operations. Partner directly with organizational leadership on technology investments, clinic expansion, M&A integration, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
This direct hire position offers a salary of $135,000-165,000 annually. They offer a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with additional perks.
