This opportunity combines sophisticated technology transactions, direct access to legal and business leadership, and a schedule centered on regular business hours-an appealing next step for an experienced law firm attorney seeking greater work-life balance.

What We Offer:
  • $215,000–$225,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
  • Fully remote work, with occasional business travel as needed.
  • A schedule focused on regular business hours, offering greater predictability, with occasional flexibility for calls across time zones.
  • Unlimited pto.
  • Health insurance and a 401(k) with employer match.
  • Meaningful work supporting technology designed to improve clinical decision-making and patient care.
  • A company that emphasizes collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Sophisticated transactional work and direct partnership with legal leadership, senior management, and an experienced contracts manager.
If You Have:
  • A J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent, with strong academic achievement.
  • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
  • At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong preference for both large law firm and in-house experience.
  • Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial, software licensing, intellectual property, SaaS, and services agreements.
  • Experience handling healthcare technology transactions and agreements in healthcare, healthcare IT, or life sciences.
  • A strong understanding of technology and HIPAA privacy and security requirements; FDA-regulated healthcare IT medical device experience is a plus.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, business-minded approach; experience negotiating university intellectual property licenses is a plus.
You Will Be:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial, software licensing, intellectual property, SaaS, and services agreements.
  • Managing technology transactions from initial discussions through execution.
  • Handling agreements of varying size and complexity for the company and an affiliated healthcare technology business.
