Qualifications

• Extensive experience in alternative asset management and complex hedge fund structures.
• Proven track record leading large operational teams and transformations.
• Thought leadership in data governance, analytics, and digital change within finance.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, risk management, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end investment process from origination through monitoring and valuation.
• Systematize processes to eliminate inefficiencies and standardize best practices.
• Maintain data governance, quality, security, and integrity of investment data.
• Direct collection, synthesis, and dissemination of data-driven insights to support decisions.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate major technology platforms and data systems.
• Liaise between investment operations, technology, risk, and leadership.
• Ensure operational risk controls and compliance across data workflows.
