Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with applied AI, data platforms, or automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions without coding.
• Experience with data governance, security, and privacy; vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across audiences.
• Financial services or investments background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and scale AI tools for ~30 global users.
• Build data pipelines and infrastructure from internal databases and partners.
• Collaborate with investment teams to enhance research with AI.
• Connect data platforms to AI-enabled workflows and templates.
• Streamline accounting, finance, and performance reporting workflows.
• Support business development and client reporting with AI.
• Automate client-facing deliverables, including presentations.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and reliability.
• Manage outsourced IT, cloud, security, and privacy.
• Lead project management across timelines and stakeholders.
