Elon University is seeking a Director of Internships for Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences. You will supervise internship registration, mentor faculty, and coordinate with the Love School of Business and School of Communications internship directors to ensure student success.

You will also serve as a career advisor for Social and Behavioral Sciences majors, offering one-on-one coaching, workshops, and group presentations while overseeing the ELR internship processes and the Campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 5+ years in experiential education or career development.
• Experience working with internship programs and faculty mentors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage registration processes and program evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Support ECAS student internship efforts, guiding search and registration.
• Provide one-on-one career advising for Social and Behavioral Sciences majors.
• Lead Campus Alamance Summer Internship program management and partnerships.
• Collaborate with ECAS/LSB/COMM internship directors to ensure quality.
