Elon University seeks a Director of Internships for Elon College to provide professional development and internship coordination for Arts and Sciences students. You will work with faculty mentors, internship sites, and Elon staff to register internships and support students toward degree requirements.

You will also advise students in Social and Behavioral Sciences, manage ELR and related internship processes, and lead Campus Alamance Summer Internship activities, partnering with HR for payroll

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling or related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in experiential education or career development preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ECAS internships: register, monitor, and coordinate with faculty mentors and employers.
• Provide one‑on‑one career advising for Social and Behavioral Sciences students; conduct workshops and drop‑in sessions.
• Lead Campus Alamance Summer Internship program oversight, partner with HR for payroll and tax paperwork, plan events and assessments.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative relationships with faculty mentors, students, alumni, and employers.
